Process Control and on-line monitoring allows us to maintain a consistent operating environment to ensure the quality of our metal finishing coatings and treatments.
Our lab offers support to the production process by ensuring that all processing chemistry remains within defined tolerances, further ensuring that you will receive the best finish possible on your parts.
Ampere Metal Finishing can process your parts to a number of specifications and Certificates of Compliance can be issued, if required.
Environmental Policy
Ampere Metal Finishing realizes the importance of protecting our environment. That is why we continually strive to improve our processing methods and control our waste products. We have recently implemented a closed rinse system that not only neutralizes and treats our rinse water, but recycles it back through our production rinse systems. This means that very little waste water ever enters the city sewage system. We use RoHS compliant products when ever possible and we remain diligent in our search for environmentally friendly products for our applications.
