Our trained staff, working in our 20,000 square foot facilities, has the knowledge, the skills, and the resources to provide you with a high level of service. Our facilities includes fifteen feet long processing tanks, along with a two ton lifting capacity, for both black oxide and zinc phosphate coating. This allows Ampere Metal Finishing to process those heavy, oversized parts that most metal finishing shops are unable to handle.
And for your bulk processing requirements, our black oxide barrel line, with a two hundred pound load capacity, allows us to provide you with a quality job and a fast delivery time. Our manganese and zinc phosphate line offers barrel, basket or rack processing with a lifting capacity of one ton.
All our metal finishing processes and services have been designed to accommodate both high volume and small production runs. This provides a built-in flexibility of production requirements while maintaining a strict adherence to all specifications.
Ampere Metal Finishing also has on-site facilities for designing and fabricating many of our own production racks, jigs and other necessary equipment.
This added capability offers several advantages which our customers benefit from. First of all, it allows us to design and fabricate a rack or jig specifically for a particular part configuration in order to ensure maximum productivity while minimizing or eliminating rack or jig marks.
It allows us to reduce first run production delays in many instances, since we can often fabricate the needed equipment in less time than an outside source. And it eliminates or minimizes much of the down time related to equipment maintenance and repair.
